Best ever! You know how you go to kebab joints and they say they make 'falafel rolls' but then it comes out looking like a rolled dog doodoo, you won't get that at Saliba, the food is cooked fresh and the taste is like taking a trip to Flavour town!... no Flavour Town is not the suburb next to Marrickville.

It's been open for a week and already been 4 times! Falafel is light and fluffy but crispy on the outside. Cooked to perfection. It's not the garbage pre frozen type that is often sold in other places. It's homemade and cooked fresh. Great value as well!

Had the falafel wrap and it was BANGING! Good work guys. We went for a walk after eating and as we passed back the owner asked "how the wrap was and if there could have been any changes or anything made better". Really nice to see people passionate and care about what they do! Would definitely eat again.

Wow! This falafel sandwich is one of the BEST I have eaten. Took me by surprise to be honest, as being lebanese I have eaten my fair share of falafel, but these guys hit the nail on the head. The sandwich was on the softest lebanese bread with fresh crunchy falafel and all the fresh veggies added to it. It was delicious!! You guys will definitely be seeing me again and again and again! Well done!

Visited Saliba brothers today! Falafel wrap was all kinds of delicious 😋. I wasn't sure till I tasted it! The sparky pop of the pickled veg really made this flavoursome. Perfect amount of pickled chilli and tahini. Can't wait to share this delicious option with fam & friends 😊
